EXAMPLE for a $1,500 Computer based on a 36 Month Lease:

(Price of Computer ÷ $2,000) x Monthly Rate = Monthly Payment + Taxes

($1,500 ÷ $2,000) x $76.64 = $57.48 + Taxes per month
